Calorie Food to add to your Diet

The body naturally uses the calories in food to function. Some foods take more calories to digest than they provide: they are called “negative” calorie foods. Here are nine of them.

Celery

Celery has diuretic and laxative properties to eliminate excess sugars and fats but also to fight against water retention. In addition, it is low in calories.

The eggplant

Eggplant helps eliminate fat accumulated during a rich meal. Low in calories, it promotes the drainage of fat cells. In addition, its richness of pectin promotes the feeling of satiety.

Pineapple

Pineapple is both fat-burning, draining and anti-cellulite, thanks to the bromelain it contains. Bromelain stimulates the elimination of fats and sugars thanks to its nature of proteolytic enzyme. In addition, pineapple contains no lipids and is rich in fiber.

The leek

The leek is rich in vitamins A, copper and iron. Source of antioxidants, it has draining and detoxifying virtues. Containing more than 90% water, its calorie content is low which makes it an ally in the context of a slimming diet.

The onion

The onion has several advantages: it acts on the fat cells by draining them, it lowers the sugar level in the blood and eliminates toxins. Its draining and detoxifying effects thus promote weight loss and maintaining the line.

The sweet pepper

Pepper, whether red, green or yellow, is a powerful source of vitamin A, C and a recognized antioxidant. It has diuretic properties to eliminate sugars and fats, responsible for the famous “orange peel” effect.

Black radish

Rich in water and fiber, a source of vitamins B and C and mineral salts, black radish is known for its diuretic, laxative and detox properties. Containing a lot of potassium, it removes the excess water present in the body and thus fight against water retention.

The red fruits

Rich in water and low in calories, the red fruits drain the body and promote blood circulation, thus accelerating the metabolism and thus burn calories. In addition, red fruits are an excellent source of polyphenols, powerful antioxidants with protective effects on health.

The cucumber

The cucumber is rich in vitamins A, B, C and E. Composed of more than 90% water, it has a high moisturizing power. Rich in fiber, it promotes digestion and the elimination of fat while being low in calories.
